This policy explains what HypeCover collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Content you submit: photos, text prompts, titles and artist names, selected format and the ready-made cover you pick.
• Generated covers: the images we create for you.
• Subscription data: your plan, status and renewal dates. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
• Technical data: basic request information such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the service running.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form.

How we use it

• To create your covers and run your account and subscription.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To review how the service is used and improve it.
• To answer your messages.

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run HypeCover, and only what they need:

• AI image provider (fal.ai): receives your photo and prompt to generate a cover.
• Payment provider (Creem): processes payments and subscriptions as the merchant of record.
• Hosting and database providers: store account and subscription data and serve the site.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your covers on your device

The list of covers you have created is kept in your browser on your device. If you clear your browser data, it is removed. Generated images are also available through a temporary link from our image provider, so please download covers you want to keep.

Retention

We keep account and subscription data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and security purposes. Content you submit is kept only as long as needed to provide and operate the service.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to some processing. To exercise these rights, use the contact form.

Children

HypeCover is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of HypeCover means you accept the updated policy.
