By using HypeCover you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

HypeCover creates album and release artwork from your photo, using a ready-made cover style or your own description. Results are generated by AI, so they can vary and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You must provide a valid email address and be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live.

Subscriptions and payments

• Access to cover generation requires a paid subscription, weekly or yearly, shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Their terms apply to the payment.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or stated at checkout.
• To protect the service, each account has a generation limit.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us permission to process them to create your covers and operate the service.

Subject to these terms and to the rights of others in your inputs, you may use the covers you generate, including commercially.

Acceptable use

Do not use HypeCover to:

• upload photos of people without their permission, or content involving minors in an inappropriate way;
• create illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual or deceptive content;
• infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights;
• abuse, overload, reverse engineer or attempt to break the service.

We may refuse requests, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Parental Advisory badge

The optional Parental Advisory label is a trademark of its owner. It is provided as a convenience, and you are responsible for using it appropriately.

Availability and changes

We try to keep HypeCover running, but the service is provided as is and may change or be interrupted. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HypeCover is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses beyond the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
